Con motivo de conmemorarse el 40 ° aniversario de la Guerra de Malvinas, se realizó en Dolores un acto en donde se homenajeó a los combatientes dolorenses.
Junto a la Escuela de Educación Secundaria N° 5 “Héroes de Malvinas”, se plantaron dos árboles y se colocó una placa en memoria de Gustavo García Cuerva y José Luis Rodríguez, dolorenses fallecidos en el conflicto.
También estuvieron presentes cinco veteranos dolorenses: Leonardo Rondi, Gustavo Beica, Mario Mestralet, Jorge Fontana y Juan Carlos Adjigogovic.
Participaron del homenaje autoridades de la universidad, representantes del Concejo Deliberante, ex Intendentes y referentes de instituciones locales.
Recordar la lucha por la Patria y promover la memoria colectiva es uno de nuestros compromisos como institución educativa.
