En el marco del evento internacional “Diseño de Futuros: creando un Cauca sostenible, diverso y en paz”, realizado en Popayán, Colombia, participamos a través del Laboratorio Creamos Futuros, plataforma de colaboración integrada por la Atlántida junto a la Institución Universitaria Colegiatura, la Institución Universitaria Pascual Bravo y Unicomfacauca, con apoyo del ICETEX.
Durante la última jornada, realizada en Unicomfacauca Santander de Quilichao, se abordaron dos ejes centrales: Liderazgo y MiPymes. Allí se presentaron metodologías innovadoras de la mano de Laura Novik, directora del Laboratorio Futuros Atlántida, junto a la especialista María Gabriela Rodríguez Ciuró. La propuesta adapta el diseño de futuros específicamente a pymes, startups y academia, superando las barreras que suelen limitar su adopción.
El programa incluyó también el conversatorio “El presente como posibilidad de diseñar futuros”, a cargo de Merly Flórez García (Institución Universitaria Colegiatura) y la conferencia “Liderazgo y transformación hacia futuros deseables”, de Jaime Andrés Díaz Guerra (Institución Universitaria Pascual Bravo) quienes propusieron miradas sobre la anticipación estratégica, la toma de decisiones y el rol del liderazgo en la construcción de escenarios sostenibles e inclusivos.
El encuentro finalizó con una muestra empresarial de emprendedores de Unicomfacauca, donde se evidenció el talento y la visión de jóvenes estudiantes en el desarrollo de proyectos innovadores.
El Laboratorio Creamos Futuros es una plataforma de internacionalización que vincula academia, sector productivo y comunidad. A través de este y otros espacios reafirmamos el compromiso de seguir impulsando la innovación y la construcción colectiva de futuros sostenibles en la región y América Latina.
